What is your return policy?
The majority of our merchandise is perishable and our gift selections change frequently; therefore, all sales are final. In the unlikely event of breakage, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order to report any issues related to damage. We also require a photo of the damage be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to set up a replacement shipment. Any damaged items not reported and documented with a photo within three days of order delivery will not be replaced.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer a flat rate shipping starting at $9 up to $18 via FedEx Ground. Orders over $100 qualify for FREE SHIPPING. You must enter code FS100 in the coupon code field at checkout to receive FREE SHIPPING. Standard order processing time is 2 business days, although we try to process and ship the same business day whenever possible. All orders receive a FedEx notification email with tracking information when shipped. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, nor do we currently ship internationally.
