Basic Balsamic Syrup

We love this sweet, tangy syrup in cocktails, drizzled over yogurt and even on pancakes!

2 tablespoons organic cane sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup TSIG Traditional Style Dark Balsamic


1. Add sugar and water to a small sauce pan over medium-high heat.

2. Whisk until sugar completely dissolves.

3. Add Balsamic to sauce pan and reduce heat to medium.

4. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, then remove from heat. 


For a sweeter syrup increase organic cane sugar to 1/4 cup

Recipe doubles or triples with great results
